Product Overview
Designed for professional and industrial building services, this electric submersible unit is optimized for stormwater management and wastewater treatment plants. It provides a robust solution for large-scale drainage tasks where the reliable transfer of soiled liquids is required. The system is engineered for heavy-duty service in wet installations, ensuring consistent performance in demanding civil environments.
This model delivers a maximum head of up to 16.8 m and a flow rate of up to 1260 L/Min. Driven by a 1.8 kW electric motor operating on a standard 240v single-phase supply, it provides the discharge capacity required for demanding stormwater and wastewater transfer applications. The motor configuration includes thermal protection along with starting and running capacitors to ensure reliable automatic operation.
The hydraulic design features a multi-channel open impeller with a 40 mm free passage for the effective movement of suspended solids. A specialized anti-clogging system ensures the expulsion of solids and prevents fouling of the impeller, maintaining efficient liquid handling performance. This configuration is particularly suited for managing rainwater and effluent containing larger organic particles.
Construction involves a rugged cast iron EN-GJL 250 body and a stainless steel AISI 431 drive shaft with a tapered design for easy clearance adjustment. Motor protection is provided by a dual system of two silicon carbide (2SiC) mechanical seals housed in a large oil sump, while Viton gaskets offer high chemical resistance. A thick 150 µm bi-epoxy coating protects all internal and external surfaces from corrosion and chemical attack.
FEATURES
- Heavy-duty cast iron EN-GJL 250 casing and impeller provide exceptional structural durability for industrial submerged duty.
- Multi-channel open impeller design with a 40 mm free passage facilitates the transfer of solids without hydraulic imbalance.
- Professional dual mechanical seal arrangement in an oil chamber ensures a redundant barrier against fluid penetration into the motor.
- Tapered stainless steel AISI 431 shaft allows for quick impeller clearance adjustments to maintain long-term hydraulic specifications.
- Integrated thermal protection sensors and relays safeguard the 1.8 kW motor from overheating during intensive duty cycles.
- High-performance Viton gaskets provide superior sealing integrity and resistance to aggressive agents in soiled wastewater.
- Thick 150 µm bi-epoxy surface treatment shields all cast iron components from the corrosive effects of untreated sewage.
- Threaded flange discharge connection (DN 65) ensures compatibility with standardized professional wastewater coupling systems.
