Product Overview

Addressing high water volume demands in drainage basins, the ZEN-APBLUEP200/2/G40HTEX submersible pump is specified for fluid accumulation tasks. This model from the BluePRO series is designed for pumping clear wastewater, rainwater and seepage containing small amounts of sand, decorative fountains, commercial high-head sites. It is certified for connection to standard installations or connection to auto-coupling systems.

Constructed from Cast iron EN-GJL 250 surrounding the motor frame, the casting surrounding internal components features a high-tensile Stainless steel AISI 431 shaft. The cast iron EN-GJS 600 high head impeller processes solid matter with a maximum size limit of 6 mm. This unit weighs 25 kg and operates in liquids up to 40°C.

The 1.50 kW motor operates on a standard 415v supply with a nominal rated current of 4.30 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 26.6 meters and a maximum flow of 420 L/Min through a 40 mm discharge outlet.

Motor winding thermal safety cutoffs are integrated with Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure structure. This submersible pump is specified for installation depths in fluid media up to 10 meters. Dual mechanical two silicon carbide mechanical seals (2SiC) in oil sump provide containment.

Features

  • Features three phase winding connections with a heavy power cable type 4G1 measuring 10 meters
  • Includes localized thermal relays built into the motor structure for winding temperature safety
  • Utilizes cast iron EN-GJL 250 structural base strainer for bottom fluid suction intake safety
  • Incorporates bicomponent epoxy coating measuring 120 micrometers for raw metal oxidation resistance
  • Weighs 25 kg net weight excluding additional connection fittings and the electrical power cord
  • Achieves a rated rotation speed of 2900 revolutions per minute under continuous high pressure load
