Product Overview

Targeting high manometric discharge heads and uniform fluid velocity paths during constant operation, the hydraulic design of the ZEN APG750/2/G50HA0FTEX pump facilitates continuous fluid pathways. This pump model from the GREY series is designed for pumping clear wastewater, rainwater and seepage, agricultural irrigation, high-lift commercial drainage. It is suitable for configurations with bottom coupling device, standard freestanding configurations, or guide rail setups.

Constructed from Cast iron EN-GJL 250 surrounding the motor frame, the casting surrounding internal components features a high-tensile Stainless steel AISI 431 shaft. The cast iron EN-GJL 250 high head impeller processes solid matter with a maximum size limit of 10 mm. This unit weighs 60.3 kg and operates in liquids up to 40°C.

The 5.50 kW motor operates on a standard 415v supply with a nominal rated current of 10.8 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 44.7 meters and a maximum flow of 618 L/Min through a 50 mm discharge outlet.

Motor winding thermal safety cutoffs are integrated with Class H insulation and an IP68 enclosure structure. This submersible pump is specified for installation depths in fluid media up to 20 meters. Dual mechanical two silicon carbide mechanical seals (2SiC) in inspectable oil chamber provide containment.
