Twin housing kits for maximum capacity fluid management are provided by the Davey Microlene AS20J jumbo 20 inch system. It is for installation in whole-of-house utility loops as a stand-alone twin kit, allowing for the configuration of custom media. The unit is supplied without cartridges, giving the user flexibility to tailor the filtration pass.

Constructed from reinforced polypropylene, the housing assembly is durable and capable of withstanding hydraulic pressures. It utilizes 20 inch jumbo cartridges with an outer diameter of 114mm, providing surface area and dirt-loading capacity. The assembly includes built-in pressure relief valves to facilitate manual pressure release during service. It is rated for operation in water temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and maintains stability in ambient temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius.

The system operates with 25mm 1 inch BSP female connections and is rated for a maximum pressure of 880 kPa. It is specified for a recommended maximum flow of 155 L/min. The housing provides a platform for cartridge-based filtration, with pressure drop dependent on the cartridges selected and operating conditions. Its large internal volume accommodates high-capacity cartridges for whole-of-house filtration applications.

Operational safety is provided by cartridge connections designed to provide a seal to prevent untreated water bypass when correctly installed. The system is WaterMark certified and complies with WMTS-103 standards for water appliances. It provides the containment required for whole-of-house filtration media on main water lines.
