The assembly includes two stages of high capacity filtration within jumbo 20 inch housings.

Constructed from reinforced polypropylene, the housing assembly is durable and designed for a maximum system pressure of 880 kPa. The internal media includes a 20 micron poly pleated cartridge for the removal of coarse sediment and dirt. The secondary stage utilizes a 1 micron poly spun cartridge to capture fine particles. This jumbo configuration provides high media volume to ensure stability during pressurized service in larger sites.

The system operates using 25mm 1 inch BSP female connections and is specified for a recommended maximum flow rate of 155 L/min. As a passive filtration rack, it provides physical barriers for clear water. Its large internal volume accommodates high-capacity cartridges for whole-of-house filtration applications. It is rated for water temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and ambient temperatures reaching 50 degrees Celsius.

Operational safety is provided by built-in pressure relief valves and WaterMark certification. The kit is supplied with a housing spanner and all necessary fixings for the mounting bracket to facilitate installation. It is designed to be paired with UV systems for a complete water treatment solution on rainwater supplies.
