Davey ASHM60-10RB AquaShield MAX UV Packaged System for Rainwater with HM Pump and RainBank

Providing a high-capacity rainwater treatment and pressure boosting package, the ASHM60-10RB features an HM60-10 multi-stage pump and a RainBank2 controller. This system is designed for rainwater pressure boosting, multi-stage filtration, and automatic mains water backup. It is suitable for guest house potable water supply and schools.

Constructed with an HM60-10 centrifugal pump, the unit features a 304 stainless steel pump casing and stages. The internal impellers are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, mounted on a 316L stainless steel pump shaft. This system operates in ambient temperatures up to 50°C and water temperatures from 8°C up to 40°C.

Operating on a 240 V supply, the system incorporates a RainBank2 automatic water source controller with a maximum load current of 10 Amps. The RainBank controller achieves automatic mains water back-up by reverting to mains flow if rainwater is exhausted or power fails. Rainwater inlet is 32 mm BSP, with 25 mm BSP mains and outlet connections.

This system utilizes a Steriflo UV disinfection unit housed within a 304 stainless steel chassis frame. The physical filtration path incorporates a 20 micron pleated fabric cartridge and a 1 micron spun melt cartridge. The maximum operating pressure limit for the complete system is 700 kPa, and the unit weighs 96 kg.
