Product Overview

Engineered for wastewater lift stations and the transfer of soiled liquids in commercial systems, this vertical unit handles temperatures reaching 40°C. It is rated for continuous S1 service and is designed for stationary installation in collection stations. The manual configuration requires an external three-phase supply and control panel for start and stop management.

Hydraulic output for the 1.5 kW motor includes flow rates of up to 690 L/Min and reaching a total manometric head of approximately 15.3 m. Operating on a three-phase 415 V supply, the unit draws a rated current of 4.3 Amps. The air-filled 2-pole dry induction motor is supplied with 10 meters of submersible power cable.

The hydraulic system utilizes a vortex impeller with 50 mm free passage through the pump. This configuration ensures efficient movement of soiled liquids through the discharge port. It is ideal for industrial lift stations where solids are present.

Materials include a cast iron EN-GJL 250 pump body and motor frame with AISI 420 stainless steel for the shaft. Protection is managed by two silicon carbide mechanical seals in an intermediate oil chamber featuring a bi-epoxy coating. The assembly is secured with A2-70 stainless steel screws and features Class F motor insulation for safe submerged duty.

FEATURES

  • Cast iron EN-GJL 250 construction ensures structural longevity in permanent industrial wells.
  • Vortex impeller configuration provides 50 mm free passage.
  • Two silicon carbide mechanical shaft seals isolated by an oil chamber prevent fluid ingress to the dry induction motor.
  • Three-phase 415 V motor draws 4.3 Amps while delivering high-volume 690 L/Min flow for industrial lift stations.
  • Bi-epoxy 80 µm coating provides durability against corrosive elements found in liquids.
  • Ball bearings support the rotating assembly for stable mechanical behavior at 2818 rpm.
  • AISI 420 stainless steel shaft and Class A2-70 fasteners provide structural stability.
  • Supplied with a 10-meter industrial power cable suitable for vertical installations at depths reaching 20 meters.
