Product Overview
Heavy-duty civil wastewater management with high concentrations of long fibres and filaments requires powerful grinding and pumping capability. The Zenit GR BluePRO 150/2/G40H A1CM5 is a 1.10 kW submersible grinder pump with IECEx certification for Zone 2 hazardous areas, equipped with an advanced grinding system to process solids and filaments without clogging. The unit is suitable for light industrial or professional hazardous area operations, with an IECEx float switch included.
Performance specifications include a maximum head of 21.1 metres and a maximum flow of 300 L/Min, powered by a 240V single-phase motor drawing 7.5 Amps. The 1.10 kW motor operates at 2780 rpm with Class F insulation and IP68 ingress protection. These characteristics suit medium-flow wastewater applications requiring high head capability.
The hydraulic design uses an open channel impeller with grinder system, with the impeller manufactured from cast iron. The grinding mechanism features a chromium steel cutter and cutting disk (X102 CrMo17 KU) that process all solids and fibrous material. Free passage is 0 mm as all solids are reduced by the grinding system before being pumped.
Construction consists of a Cast Iron EN-GJL 250 casing and hydraulic components with bi-epoxy 80 ?m coating. The shaft is stainless steel AISI 420, and sealing uses two mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC). Motor protection includes thermal protection, a starting capacitor, and a running capacitor. Cable length is 10 metres with Shuko plug, and the unit weighs 24 kg.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
