Product Overview
Hobby farmers and small acreage owners position the Aussie Fireman (QP-2S/GP160) single stage pump for seasonal bushfire protection, paddock washdown, and basic dam water transfer. A large priming belly retains fluid inside the pump body to pick up prime swiftly without auxiliary valves. Marine grade aluminium casing architecture delivers structural endurance during arduous summer fire seasons.
Bulk fluid delivery achieves a maximum delivery rate of 450 L/min and develops a maximum pressure of 85 psi. Internal hydraulic architecture features a marine grade aluminium casing, a single-piece closed impeller, and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal with nitrile elastomers. Total equipment mass measures 21.5 kg boxed weight.
Mechanical drive is provided by a Honda GP160 5.5HP recoil start petrol engine producing 5.5HP (4.1kW) Petrol. Plumbing connections incorporate 2" BSP male inlet, 3-way outlet (2 x 1", 1 x 1.5") with metal caps & chains, and the self-priming wet end achieves 7 m vertical suction lift. Rapid self-priming internal dynamics pick up fluid swiftly without requiring manual foot valves on suction lines.
Integrated carry handle and skids with anti-vibration rubber mounts enclose the equipment while isolating mechanical vibration and simplifying site movement. The structural mount provides balance during transport across field vehicles, trailers, and utility trays. Complete spare parts support and factory technical documentation are accessible through Aussie Pumps distribution networks across Australia.
