Product Overview
Engine-room 415 V boards feed pressure-washing and deck-service loops through this three-phase high-head bronze pump, holding a 34-metre shut-off head in reserve for nozzles and eductors. Balanced three-phase draw suits generator sets. Generator-fed 415 V pressure loops use G2TMK-A/B2.2KW for balanced three-phase draw.
Delivery peaks at 400 L/min open discharge, shutting off at 34 m head (48 PSI). Heavy-duty cast nickel-aluminium bronze to Mil-Spec equivalent standard forms the casing and large open impeller for 8 mm solids, with carbon/alumina sealing, nitrile rubber and a 316 stainless casing.
Generator sets feed the balanced 2.2 kW three-phase 415 V IP54 motor through panel connection, lead-free from the box. Unaided 6 m priming through twin 2-inch ports suits skid mounting, and grit wear absorbs into the bolt-off suction cover.
This pump is intended for marine deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air-conditioning circulation. Those duties cover regular deck cleaning, bilge clearing and onboard water movement, making it a practical fit for workboats, tenders, fishing vessels and marina service installations. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

How is the electric motor configured regarding incoming voltage and phase supply within outdoor switchboard setups?
Electric power drives the Aussie Pumps Bronze Electric High Pressure G2TMK-A/B (G2TMK-A-B2.2KW) via a close-coupled unit rated at 2.2 kW 415V 3-Phase, wired into fixed switchboard connections.
How does marine bronze metallurgy protect internal waterways against saltwater degradation without suffering pitting corrosion?
Cast nickel-aluminium bronze metallurgy on the G2TMK A B2.2KW resists aggressive saltwater corrosion across marine decks, bilges, and oyster leases.
Does the suction line require a foot valve to draft liquid from below ground across routine site transfer duties?
Automatic priming action on the G2TMK-A/B2.2KW drafts liquid from vertical depths down to 6 m without needing a foot valve.
How does the open vane impeller pass suspended particles without jamming internal channels when pumping slurry runoff?
Internal waterways and the nickel-aluminium bronze impeller on the G2TMK-A/B2.2KW accommodate suspended solids and spherical matter up to 8 mm across without restricting fluid throughput.
What maximum fluid displacement rate and shut off ceiling are developed across long transfer runs?
At peak operational capacity, the wet end of the G2TMK-A/B (G2TMK-A/B2.2KW) produces up to approximately 400 L/min in open flow and reaches a maximum elevation head of approximately 34 m.
