Product Overview

The high-head flameproof range crests, shutting off at 55 metres with this 11 kW certified pump, lifting up to 1,100 litres a minute to elevated classified storage that lesser pumps cannot reach. Maximum head meets hazardous-area certification. Elevated classified storage, shutting off at 55 metres is served by G3TMK-A ATEX11, the high-head flagship.

Open-discharge capacity holds 1,100 L/min, shutting off at 55 m head (78 PSI), rated on fresh-water viscosity liquids. The heavy-duty cast wet end with replaceable suction cover carries an open-style impeller for 16 mm solids, with Viton/carbon/alumina sealing standard.

Reaching elevated classified storage that lesser pumps cannot, the 11 kW three-phase 415 V flameproof motor tops the high-head range with ATEX certification, IP55 sealing and steel-base mounting. The 3-inch waterways self-prime from 6 m below for high-lift layouts.

This flameproof configuration is specified for hazardous-area diesel and fuel-oil movement, including machinery and marine refuelling, earth-moving fleets, mining plant and generators. Its listed duties also include waste-oil collection and heating-oil transfer, supporting fuel-service work wherever hazardous-area requirements apply.

Features

  • High-lift 11 kW 415 V three-phase ATEX motor with IP55 sealing mounts on a steel base plate for storage duty.
  • Maximum flow of 1,100 L/min, shutting off at 55 m (78 PSI) reaches storage lesser pumps cannot.
  • Range-topping high-head hydraulics with 16 mm solids passage lift raw water to elevation.

  • High-lift 6 m self-priming with a bolt-off cover fits high-lift station layouts.
  • Flameproof configuration is selected for diesel-transfer work in the listed hazardous-area applications.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie GMP warranty from installation.

What terminal enclosure protection seals the electric motor against moisture to initiate shaft rotation?

Electric power drives the Aussie Pumps ATEX Electric High Pressure G3TMK-A/ATEX (G3TMK-A-ATEX11) via a close-coupled unit rated at 11 kW 415V 3-Phase, wired into fixed switchboard connections.

How does the certified flameproof terminal enclosure protect hazardous refueling areas without posing spark ignition risks?

Certified flameproof ATEX Ex-d motor construction on the G3TMK A ATEX11 encloses electrical arcs, enabling safe operation in hazardous fuel and solvent vapor zones.

From what depth below ground can internal fluid pathways draft water automatically once the casing is charged?

Automatic priming action on the G3TMK-A ATEX11 drafts liquid from vertical depths down to 6 m without needing a foot valve.

How do the internal passages clear fibrous sludge and floating solids without blockages during dirty liquid transfer?

Internal casing clearances on the G3TMK-A ATEX11 allow the open cast iron impeller to digest spherical matter up to 16 mm without binding.

What maximum water displacement and vertical head does this package develop when discharging into storage tanks?

At peak operational capacity, the wet end of the G3TMK-A/ATEX (G3TMK-A ATEX11) produces up to approximately 1100 L/min in open flow and reaches a maximum elevation head of approximately 55 m.
