Mid-range high-head flameproof duty is rated a 40-metre shut-off head with 910 litres a minute, letting classified-area transfer stations push diesel uphill without staging pumps in series. One 5.5 kW unit replaces two smaller ones. Single-stage uphill classified transfer is G3TMK-A ATEX5.5, replacing two pumps in series.
Delivery peaks at 910 L/min open flow, shutting off at 40 m head (57 PSI), rated on fresh-water viscosity liquids. The heavy-duty cast wet end with renewable suction cover carries an open-style impeller passing 10 mm solids, with standard Viton/carbon/alumina sealing.
Replacing two smaller pumps in series, the 5.5 kW three-phase 415 V ATEX motor delivers single-stage uphill transfer with flameproof certification in an IP55 frame on steel. The 3-inch suction and discharge self-prime from 6 m for hillside station layouts.
The application set covers diesel and fuel-oil transfer in hazardous environments, with machinery, marine diesel, earth movers, mining plant and generator refuelling all included. It is also listed for heating-oil transfer and waste-oil collection at fixed facilities or mobile maintenance locations.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
