Product Overview

High-rise marina towers and headland properties lift water to upper tanks on this 11 kW high-head bronze pump, cresting a 52-metre shut-off head, while still delivering over a thousand litres a minute open flow. Elevation and volume finally coexist. Tower and tank lifting, shutting off at 52 metres calls for G3TMK-A/B11KW on 415 V supply.

Open flow peaks at 1,030 L/min with shut-off at 52 m (74 PSI) of head. The Mil-Spec equivalent cast nickel-aluminium bronze wet end carries a large open impeller passing 16 mm solids, sealed by carbon on alumina with nitrile rubber in a 316 stainless casing.

Panel wiring connects the 11 kW three-phase 415 V IP55 motor on its steel base plate, arriving without lead or plug for tower-supply installations. Twin 3-inch ports prime from 6 m below, and wear damage isolates to the replaceable suction cover.

This pump is intended for marine deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air-conditioning circulation. Those duties cover regular deck cleaning, bilge clearing and onboard water movement, making it a practical fit for workboats, tenders, fishing vessels and marina service installations. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

Features

  • Tower-supply 11 kW 415 V IP55 motor on a steel base plate takes panel wiring with no lead or plug.

  • Continuous-lift construction marks the high-head Mil-Spec equivalent bronze wet end with 3-inch waterways.
  • Solids clearance of 16 mm for raw tank water protects the impeller from typical debris.
  • Below-pump self-priming of 6 m with isolated wear damage suits basement and ground-level plant rooms.
  • Same-unit chemical transfer follows once specified Viton seals are fitted to the tower pump.

Why is cast bronze chosen over iron for workboat deck washdown and bilge pump out across marine operating environments?

The bronze wet end of the Aussie Pumps Bronze Electric High Pressure G3TMK-A/B (G3TMK-A-B11KW) suits marine environments.

Which line voltage and motor power rating operate this electric pump during fixed installation wiring?

Mechanical power on the G3TMK A B11KW is delivered by an electric drive rated at 11 kW 415V 3-Phase, built for direct connection to site power.

Which total liquid output and vertical elevation pressure does this unit achieve through connected piping?

Operating across its performance curve, the G3TMK-A/B11KW discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 1030 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 52 m.

What vertical suction capability is available when drawing water from pits once the casing is charged?

Vertical suction capability on the G3TMK-A/B11KW reaches up to 6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.

How does the open vane impeller pass suspended particles without jamming internal channels in everyday paddock dewatering?

The open vane nickel-aluminium bronze impeller on the G3TMK-A/B (G3TMK-A/B11KW) clears dirty site runoff and solid debris up to 16 mm in diameter without stalling the shaft.
