Product Overview
Casappa-powered and range-topping, this 12.5 kW mud pump drives 1,100 litres of abrasive water a minute, shutting off at 55 metres through a Casappa PLM30.34 motor. The hardest hydraulic mud duty in the catalogue. Hardest catalogued mud duty is G3TMK-A/STHYD/DR with Casappa 12.5 kW drive.
Open flow peaks at 1,100 L/min with shut-off at 55 m (78 PSI). Cast iron with a stainless-steel open non-clog impeller clears 16 mm solids, sealed by tungsten-carbide faces with nitrile rubber.
Catalogue-hardest hydraulic mud duty calls for 34 cm3/rev at 100 bar (12.5 kW) through the Casappa PLM30.34, driving 1,100 litres of abrasive water a minute, shutting off at 55 metres. The 80 mm ports prime from 6 m, and the front-mounted clean-out port keeps maintenance fast.
This configuration is specified for drilling-rig duty, including the removal of water from rig sumps and abrasive-water transfer around the work area. It also supports dust-suppression supply where drilling and access activity create airborne material that needs to be controlled with water.

What diameter solids can travel across the volute waterways without obstructing flow during dirty liquid transfer?
Internal waterways and the AISI 316 stainless steel impeller on the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Mud G3TMK-A/ST (G3TMK-A-STHYD-DR) accommodate suspended solids and spherical matter up to 16 mm across without restricting fluid throughput.
What vertical drafting capability does the internal priming chamber provide across routine site transfer duties?
No foot valve is needed on the G3TMK A STHYD DR with a self-priming lift of up to 6 m once the casing is filled.
How are replacement mechanical seals, wear plates, and impellers sourced across Australia from Australian parts distribution centers?
Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty with factory spare parts support.
What discharge output volume and total static head are achieved under full operating speed?
Discharge performance for the G3TMK-A/STHYD/DR yields an open flow volume of approximately 1100 L/min and reaches a maximum shut-off elevation of approximately 55 m.
What hydraulic circuit pressures and flow rates power this pumping unit across mobile carrier equipment?
Hydraulic oil flow from the carrier machine powers the motor on the G3TMK-A/ST (G3TMK-A/STHYD/DR), providing self-contained pumping without on-board petrol or diesel engines.
