Product Overview
Gritty high-head water meets its match in this tungsten-carbide sealed variant, adding TC seal faces to the 47-metre 3-inch hydraulic trash pump for abrasive high-pressure service. Elevation plus endurance in one unit. Abrasive high-head endurance is G3TMK-A/STHYD/TC# with tungsten-carbide seals factory fitted.
Open flow holds 850 L/min, shutting off at 47 m head (67 PSI). Cast-iron construction with an open non-clog impeller runs 80 mm suction and discharge with 6 m self-priming lift, while the fitted tungsten-carbide seals shrug off silt.
Abrasive high-pressure service gains fitted tungsten-carbide seals over the same 22 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) hydraulics, shrugging off silt, shutting off at 47 metres and 850 litres a minute. The 61 kg ready-to-mount package primes its 80 mm suction and discharge from 6 m.
For mine sites, the rated duty list includes dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire fighting and dewatering. That gives operators one hydraulic pump for haul-road water control, mobile cart supply, emergency fire-water support and clearing water from sumps and changing work areas.
