Product Overview

High-head abrasive circuits on drilling rigs run this Vivoil-driven 3-inch mud pump, shutting off at 47 metres, holding up to 850 litres a minute of gritty flow against shut-off heads that stop ordinary trash pumps. Pressure-rated dirt handling. High-head abrasive rig circuits run G3TMKA/STHYD/DRV on Vivoil 21-cc 150-bar power.

Maximum flow touches 850 L/min, shutting off at 47 m head (67 PSI). The cast-iron wet end carries a stainless-steel open non-clog impeller for 16 mm solids, with tungsten-carbide seal faces and nitrile rubber.

Pressure-rated dirt handling runs on 21 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) through the Vivoil XV-3U/21 motor, holding up to 850 litres a minute of gritty flow, shutting off at 47 metres. Servicing simplifies through the front clean-out port, with the 80 mm waterways priming from 6 m.

Drilling-rig work is the core application for this pump, covering rig-sump dewatering, abrasive-water movement and dust-suppression supply around active drilling areas. It is intended for the heavy, dirty-water duties that arise alongside bore drilling, with mobile deployment wherever the rig moves.

Features

  • Dirt-rated Vivoil XV-3U/21 at 21 cm3/rev and 150 bar (7 kW) pressures gritty flow, shutting off at 47 metres.
  • Peak flow of 850 L/min, shutting off at 47 m (67 PSI) serves high-head abrasive circuits.
  • Gritty-flow stainless impeller with 16 mm solids capacity handles mineralised rig water.
  • Nitrile-backed tungsten-carbide seal faces hold pressure reliably in continuous abrasive service environments.
  • Simplified servicing via a front clean-out port with 6 m self-priming shortens maintenance windows.
  • At 61 kg, the package can be planned around appropriate lifting, skid or fixed-installation arrangements.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

What hydraulic circuit pressures and flow rates power this pumping unit without requiring an auxiliary fuel engine?

Auxiliary oil pressure from the host machinery circuit drives the hydraulic motor on the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Mud G3TMK-A/ST (G3TMKA-STHYD-DRV), delivering consistent shaft torque for water transfer.

How are replacement mechanical seals, wear plates, and impellers sourced across Australia through regional Australian dealer networks?

Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty with factory spare parts support.

What vertical drafting capability does the internal priming chamber provide across unflooded suction setups?

Automatic priming action on the G3TMKA STHYD DRV drafts liquid from vertical depths down to 6 m without needing a foot valve.

How does wide-passage impeller geometry keep sediment and debris from accumulating across high volume transfer lines?

Internal waterways and the AISI 316 stainless steel impeller on the G3TMKA/STHYD/DRV accommodate suspended solids and spherical matter up to 16 mm across without restricting fluid throughput.

What discharge output volume and total static head are achieved through connected piping?

At peak operational capacity, the wet end of the G3TMK-A/ST (G3TMKA/STHYD/DRV) produces up to approximately 850 L/min in open flow and reaches a maximum elevation head of approximately 47 m.
