Product Overview
Quarry processing plants and chemical batching facilities utilize the Aussie GMP B1.5KQ-A/ST Series 2 pump on three-phase mains power lines. Integral motor base feet absorb running torque, preventing mechanical misalignment across fixed pipework.
Waterway throughput develops up to 270 L/min open discharge at zero elevation and builds a 15 m (21 PSI) shut-off head at zero flow. The heavy cast iron volute encloses an open non-clog impeller capable of passing suspended compressible solids up to 11 mm cleanly.
Three-phase power is delivered by an industrial 0.75 kW 415 V TEFC motor with IP55 ingress protection, supplied unwired without a lead or plug for control panel hardwiring. Centrifugal self-priming action draws fluid from 6 m vertical depths without a foot valve.
Shock-absorbing silicon carbide mechanical seal faces with an alumina counterface resist abrasive slurry wear at fluid temperatures up to 70°C. Front inspection covers allow fast chamber clearing without decoupling 1.5" pipes. Backed by Aussie Pumps 3-year warranty.
