Product Overview
Fixed refuelling bays wired for 415 V standardise on this three-phase fuel-transfer pump, holding up to 130 litres a minute ready across dump-truck and tractor fleets. Balanced three-phase draw suits depot switchboards. Fixed-bay fleet refuelling standardises on GB1KQ-A.5KW 3P for 415 V installations.
Open flow reaches 130 L/min, shutting off at 14 m head (20 PSI). The oil/diesel wet end carries Viton seals as standard, connected through 1" x 1" suction and discharge.
Steady torque for continuous bay duty flows from the 0.55 kW three-phase 415 V drive, balanced for depot switchboards and fixed refuelling installations. The 1-inch suction and discharge keep bay pipework compact, while Viton seals handle hydrocarbons as standard in ventilated, non-classified areas.
Use this compact pump in high-flow field-refuelling systems serving dump trucks and crawler tractors. It is suited to transferring diesel or oil at service points, workshops and remote locations where heavy plant requires reliable refuelling between working shifts.

What open discharge throughput and maximum dynamic head are rated through connected fuel piping?
Under full operating speed, the Aussie Pumps Electric Fuel B1KQ-A (GB1KQ-A.5KW-3P) generates a maximum fluid displacement rate of approximately 130 L/min and reaches a maximum shut-off head of approximately 14 m.
What diameter solid matter can flow through the internal waterways without stalling the wet end during oil transfer?
The GB1KQ A.5KW 3P transfers clean oil and diesel fuel through a nickel-aluminium bronze wet end with Viton seals and carries no solids-handling rating.
Which line voltage and motor power rating operate this three phase fuel pump?
Incoming electrical supply powers the GB1KQ-A.5KW 3P through an electric motor delivering 0.5 kW across balanced 415V three-phase depot circuits.
What vertical suction lift does the self priming mechanism achieve across dry starts during fuel decanting?
Operating with built-in priming dynamics, the GB1KQ-A.5KW 3P draws fuel from vertical depths up to 6 m without external priming equipment.
Why is a Viton mechanical seal specified for fixed bay refueling and hydrocarbon dispensing?
Internal shaft sealing on the B1KQ-A (GB1KQ-A.5KW 3P) is provided by a Viton mechanical seal, chosen specifically for chemical tolerance around petroleum hydrocarbons and fuels.
