Product Overview

Workboats running deck hydraulics pump seawater without a second engine using this bronze 2-inch hydraulic pump, holding up to 440 litres a minute of corrosion-proof flow off a 3 kW hydraulic take-off. Salt water meets its match. Deck-hydraulic seawater pumping is GB2KQ-A/B HYDVIV in corrosion-proof Nial bronze.

Open-discharge flow tops 440 L/min with a maximum shut-off head of 18 m (26 PSI). Nial bronze construction with an open non-clog impeller resists marine corrosion, sealed by a carbon/alumina mechanical seal with nitrile rubber.

A modest 3 kW hydraulic take-off suffices: the Vivoil XV-2U/9 motor asks 8.4 cm3/rev at 100 bar for up to 440 litres a minute of corrosion-proof seawater flow. The 50 mm ports prime from 6 m, and the wear face renews through the replaceable suction port.

Marine pumping, mine dewatering, water transfer and fire-fighting supply make up the stated duty range. This lets the same hydraulic pump serve vessel water-management work, site dewatering, transfer between water points and fire-water readiness across marine, mining and remote-work locations.

Features

  • Modest-take-off Vivoil XV-2U/9 at 8.4 cm3/rev and 100 bar (3 kW) needs only a small hydraulic supply.
  • Engineless seawater pumping gives 440 L/min open flow, shutting off at 18 m (26 PSI).
  • Seawater-proof Nial bronze corrosion-resistant build outlives cast iron in marine service by years.
  • Open non-clog impeller with carbon and alumina sealing plus nitrile suits salt water.
  • Renewable wear face via a replaceable suction port with 6 m self-priming extends wet-end life.
  • At 18.5 kg, the package can be planned around appropriate lifting, skid or fixed-installation arrangements.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

What corrosion resistance benefits does the nickel aluminium bronze volute deliver across marine operating environments?

The bronze wet end of the Aussie Pumps Bronze Hydraulic Transfer B2KQ-A/B (GB2KQ-A-B-HYDVIV) suits marine environments.

What hydraulic circuit pressures and flow rates power this pumping unit across mobile water cart circuits?

The GB2KQ A B HYDVIV couples directly to a hydraulic motor drive, drawing fluid power from carrier vehicle auxiliary hydraulics without needing an auxiliary fuel engine.

What discharge output volume and total static head are achieved when discharging into storage tanks?

Operating across its performance curve, the GB2KQ-A/B HYDVIV discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 440 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 18 m.

How effectively can the wet end evacuate air from long intake hose runs without requiring an external foot valve?

Vertical suction capability on the GB2KQ-A/B HYDVIV reaches up to 6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.

What diameter solids can travel across the volute waterways without obstructing flow across demanding site dewatering duties?

The open vane nickel-aluminium bronze impeller on the B2KQ-A/B (GB2KQ-A/B HYDVIV) clears dirty site runoff and solid debris without stalling the shaft.
