Product Overview

Water carts and dust-suppression headers on mine sites draw 440 litres a minute from this hydraulic-drive 2-inch trash pump, running off the carrier machine's own hydraulics with no engine of its own to service. One power source does everything. Carrier-powered mine transfer is listed as GB2KQ-A/ST HYD for auxiliary-circuit operation.

Open flow peaks at 440 L/min with a maximum shut-off head of 18 m (26 PSI). Cast-iron construction houses an open non-clog impeller, breathing through 50 mm suction and discharge with 6 m self-priming suction.

Standard auxiliary circuits accept the modest 8.5 cm3/rev at 100 bar (3 kW) demand, so the carrier machine's own hydraulics power the pump with no engine of its own to maintain. Repositioning around site stays easy at 18.5 kg, with 50 mm ports breathing through 6 m of self-priming suction.

Mine dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire-fighting supply and mine dewatering are the listed duties for this hydraulic configuration. It fits mobile water-cart work, fixed dust-control lines, emergency fire-water provision and routine removal of accumulated water from active mine areas and sumps.

Features

  • Carrier-powered hydraulics at 8.5 cm3/rev and 100 bar (3 kW) run the pump with no engine to maintain.
  • Suppression-and-cart flow delivers 440 L/min open, shutting off at 18 m (26 PSI).
  • Site-tough cast-iron body with an open non-clog impeller withstands mine water and slurry splash.
  • Mobile-tank 6 m self-priming suction draws from pits, tanks and creeks without foot valves.
  • One-person 18.5 kg redeployment weight keeps the pump moving with the working face.
  • Cast iron construction is selected to suit the listed liquid-transfer application.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

From what depth below ground can internal fluid pathways draft water automatically across unflooded suction setups?

Vertical suction capability on the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B2KQ-A/ST (GB2KQ-A-ST-HYD) reaches up to 6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.

Which peak volumetric output and total static head are developed across open site lines?

Under full operating throttle, the GB2KQ A ST HYD generates a maximum fluid displacement rate of approximately 440 L/min and reaches a maximum shut-off head of approximately 18 m.

How do the internal passages clear fibrous sludge and floating solids without blockages when pumping slurry runoff?

An open non-clog cast iron impeller on the GB2KQ-A/ST HYD passes spherical solids and debris up to 19 mm in diameter without choking internal water passages.

How does the front inspection cover simplify clearing debris from the wet end without disconnecting connected piping?

Internal waterways and the impeller of the GB2KQ-A/ST HYD can be cleared rapidly through the front inspection hatch without disconnecting site hoses.

What mechanical drive specifications and hydraulic oil pressures operate the motor without requiring an auxiliary fuel engine?

The B2KQ-A/ST (GB2KQ-A/ST HYD) couples directly to a hydraulic motor drive, drawing fluid power from carrier vehicle auxiliary hydraulics without needing an auxiliary fuel engine.
