Product Overview

Abrasive mine water chews through standard impellers, so this stainless-impeller variant of the 2-inch hydraulic trash pump fits a stainless-steel impeller as standard for grittyrecycle and tailings-contact duty. Same 440 litres a minute, far longer wear life. Abrasive-water longevity is specified as GB2KQ-A/STHYDSS* with a stainless impeller standard.

Delivery reaches 440 L/min open discharge, shutting off at 18 m head (26 PSI). The cast-iron casing pairs with a stainless-steel open non-clog impeller for abrasive applications, ported 50 mm by 50 mm with 6 m self-priming lift.

Matching standard hydraulic demand, this abrasive-water variant draws from the carrier circuit with no separate engine while upgrading the impeller to stainless steel for gritty recycle and tailings contact. One-person handling continues at 18.5 kg, with 50 mm ports priming from 6 m.

This hydraulic pump covers mine dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire fighting and mine dewatering. The application range suits mobile suppression and water-cart programs as well as fixed site headers, fire-water duties and the regular dewatering work required around pits, sumps and working faces.

Features

  • Same carrier demand as the standard unit drives the pump while the impeller upgrades to stainless steel.
  • Recycle-water continuity holds 440 L/min open flow, shutting off at 18 m head (26 PSI).
  • Grit-defying cast-iron casing with 50 mm suction and discharge handles tailings-contact duty.
  • Tailings-tolerant 6 m self-priming suction keeps the pump drawing from abrasive sources reliably.
  • Single-handler 18.5 kg mobile weight allows rapid moves between sumps and headers.
  • The open non-clog impeller is selected to pass solids and debris during demanding pumping duties.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

What mechanical drive specifications and hydraulic oil pressures operate the motor across mobile carrier equipment?

Mechanical drive torque for the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B2KQ-A/ST (GB2KQ-A-STHYDSS*) is supplied by a close-coupled hydraulic motor operating off mobile equipment auxiliary oil circuits.

How does the front inspection cover simplify clearing debris from the wet end during routine blockage removal?

A removable front inspection cover on the GB2KQ A STHYDSS* unbolts swiftly to clear trapped debris directly from the impeller eye without uncoupling connected pipework.

From what depth below ground can internal fluid pathways draft water automatically when drafting from deep sumps?

Operating with built-in priming dynamics, the GB2KQ-A-STHYDSS* draws water from vertical depths up to 6 m without external priming equipment.

How do the internal passages clear fibrous sludge and floating solids without blockages across demanding site dewatering duties?

Debris-laden wastewater containing solids up to 19 mm across passes freely through the open AISI 316 stainless steel impeller fitted to the GB2KQ-A/STHYDSS*.

Which peak volumetric output and total static head are developed through connected piping?

Rated performance on the B2KQ-A/ST (GB2KQ-A/STHYDSS*) generates an open discharge of approximately 440 L/min and achieves a total shut-off elevation of approximately 18 m.
