Product Overview
High-volume marine and mine transfer runs up to 900 litres a minute through this bronze 3-inch hydraulic pump, shrugging off corrosive water that eats cast iron alive. Nial bronze keeps the wet end alive for years. High-volume corrosive transfer specifies GB3KQ-A/B HYDVIV in long-life Nial bronze.
Delivery peaks at 900 L/min open flow, shutting off at 16 m head (23 PSI). The Nial bronze body with open non-clog impeller runs a carbon/alumina mechanical seal with nitrile rubber through 80 mm ports.
Only 8.4 cm3/rev at 100 bar (3 kW) feeds the Vivoil XV-2U/9 motor for up to 900 litres a minute of corrosive water that destroys cast iron. Self-priming holds from 6 m through 80 mm ports, and the wear face renews through the replaceable suction port.
The listed applications cover marine pumping, mine dewatering, general water transfer and fire fighting. It is suited to moving water aboard vessels, clearing mine water, transferring supply between tanks or locations and maintaining a practical fire-water pumping option on remote worksites.

How effectively can the wet end evacuate air from long intake hose runs once the casing is charged?
Vertical suction capability on the Aussie Pumps Bronze Hydraulic Transfer B3KQ-A/B (GB3KQ-A-B-HYDVIV) reaches up to 6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.
Which open discharge throughput and shut off elevation ceiling does this wet end develop through connected piping?
Under full operating throttle, the GB3KQ A B HYDVIV generates a maximum fluid displacement rate of approximately 900 L/min and reaches a maximum shut-off head of approximately 16 m.
What diameter solids can travel across the volute waterways without obstructing flow during routine excavation drainage?
Debris-laden wastewater passes freely through the open nickel-aluminium bronze impeller fitted to the GB3KQ-A/B HYDVIV.
What corrosion resistance benefits does the nickel aluminium bronze volute deliver during prolonged sea transfer?
Seawater corrosion resistance on the GB3KQ-A/B HYDVIV is achieved through cast nickel-aluminium bronze construction across the volute and impeller.
How does the hydraulic motor couple to excavator or water truck oil supplies without requiring an auxiliary fuel engine?
The B3KQ-A/B (GB3KQ-A/B HYDVIV) couples directly to a hydraulic motor drive, drawing fluid power from carrier vehicle auxiliary hydraulics without needing an auxiliary fuel engine.
