Product Overview
High-volume water carts fill fast through this Casappa-driven 3-inch hydraulic trash pump, shifting up to 900 litres a minute off a 3 kW hydraulic take-off. Cart turnarounds shrink to minutes. Fast cart turnarounds specify GB3KQ-A/ST HYD with Casappa hydraulic drive.
Open-discharge flow tops 900 L/min with shut-off at 16 m (23 PSI) of head. Cast-iron construction with an open non-clog impeller moves the volume through 80 mm suction and discharge, priming from 6 m.
Only 3 kW of hydraulic take-off is needed: the Casappa motor asks 8.5 cm3/rev at 100 bar while the pump shifts up to 900 litres a minute for fast cart turnarounds. Light-for-class 20.2 kg mounting meets 80 mm ports with 6 m self-priming suction.
For mine sites, the rated duty list includes dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire fighting and dewatering. That gives operators one hydraulic pump for haul-road water control, mobile cart supply, emergency fire-water support and clearing water from sumps and changing work areas.
Features
- Low-draw Casappa motor at 8.5 cm3/rev and 100 bar (3 kW) sips carrier power for big transfer.

How do the internal passages clear fibrous sludge and floating solids without blockages during routine excavation drainage?
Debris-laden wastewater containing solids up to 25 mm across passes freely through the open cast iron impeller fitted to the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B3KQ-A/ST (GB3KQ-A-ST-HYD).
From what depth below ground can internal fluid pathways draft water automatically across routine site transfer duties?
The self-priming wet end on GB3KQ A ST HYD lifts liquid automatically from depths down to 6 m.
How does the front inspection cover simplify clearing debris from the wet end without uncoupling suction plumbing?
Internal waterways and the impeller of the GB3KQ-A/ST HYD can be cleared rapidly through the front inspection hatch without disconnecting site hoses.
Which peak volumetric output and total static head are developed under full operating speed?
Operating across its performance curve, the GB3KQ-A/ST HYD discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 900 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 16 m.
What mechanical drive specifications and hydraulic oil pressures operate the motor during dust suppression operations?
The B3KQ-A/ST (GB3KQ-A/ST HYD) couples directly to a hydraulic motor drive, drawing fluid power from carrier vehicle auxiliary hydraulics without needing an auxiliary fuel engine.
