Product Overview

Fleet operators standardised on Vivoil hydraulics plug this 3-inch trash pump straight into their circuits, moving up to 900 litres a minute through a Vivoil motor with identical 3 kW demand. Common spares across the fleet stay simple. Vivoil-standard fleets plug in GB3KQ-A/STHYDVIV for common-spares hydraulic transfer.

Delivery peaks at 900 L/min open flow, shutting off at 16 m head (23 PSI). The cast-iron wet end runs an open non-clog impeller through 80 mm by 80 mm ports, self-priming from 6 m.

Fleet commonality drives this specification: the Vivoil motor's 8.4 cm3/rev at 100 bar (3 kW) demand plugs into circuits already standardised on Vivoil, moving up to 900 litres a minute. Mounting weight of 20.2 kg pairs with 80 mm ports that prime from 6 m.

Mine dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire-fighting supply and mine dewatering are the listed duties for this hydraulic configuration. It fits mobile water-cart work, fixed dust-control lines, emergency fire-water provision and routine removal of accumulated water from active mine areas and sumps.

Features

  • Fleet-common Vivoil motor at 8.4 cm3/rev and 100 bar (3 kW) matches circuits already standardised.
  • Maximum flow of 900 L/min, shutting off at 16 m (23 PSI) serves suppression and filling equally.
  • Standardised cast-iron body with an open non-clog impeller keeps fleet maintenance uniform.
  • Waterways of 80 mm with 6 m self-priming suction fit existing fleet hose and coupling stocks.
  • Fleet-friendly 20.2 kg mounting weight allows swaps between carriers without lifting gear.
  • Hydraulic drive connects the pump to a compatible carrier circuit without requiring a dedicated engine.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

Which peak volumetric output and total static head are developed across long transfer runs?

Operating across its performance curve, the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B3KQ-A/ST (GB3KQ-A-STHYDVIV) discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 900 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 16 m.

How do the internal passages clear fibrous sludge and floating solids without blockages in everyday paddock dewatering?

An open non-clog cast iron impeller on the GB3KQ A STHYDVIV passes spherical solids and debris up to 25 mm in diameter without choking internal water passages.

What mechanical drive specifications and hydraulic oil pressures operate the motor across mobile water cart circuits?

Shaft rotation on the GB3KQ-A/STHYDVIV is driven by a heavy hydraulic motor built to interface directly with mobile machinery hydraulic systems.

How does the self priming casing pull liquid from low collection basins during everyday operations?

Vertical suction capability on the GB3KQ-A/STHYDVIV reaches up to 6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.

How does the front inspection cover simplify clearing debris from the wet end to restore full discharge throughput?

Internal waterways and the impeller of the B3KQ-A/ST (GB3KQ-A/STHYDVIV) can be cleared rapidly through the front inspection hatch without disconnecting site hoses.
