Product Overview
Municipal treatment sumps, factory drainage channels, and abattoirs rely on the Aussie GMP B3KQ-A/ST Series 2 pump for continuous three-phase dewatering. Integrated motor base feet anchor the assembly firmly, preserving mechanical alignment.
Slurry volume reaches an impressive 900 L/min open discharge at zero elevation, accompanied by a 16 m (23 PSI) shut-off head at zero flow. The open non-clog cast impeller processes suspended slurry, stringy materials, and solids up to 27 mm without jamming.
Three-phase electrical drive is delivered by an industrial 2.2 kW 415 V TEFC motor with IP55 enclosure protection, supplied unwired without a lead or plug for panel connection. Rapid self-priming draws wastewater from 6 m vertical depths without external foot valves.
Chamber longevity is braced by close-grained cast iron, a 316 stainless motor shaft, and a silicon carbide seal handling liquid temperatures up to 70°C intermittently. A front clean-out hatch allows swift chamber flushing without pipe removal. 3-year GMP warranty.
Features- Transfers large suspended particles and compressible debris up to 27 mm without choking.
- Pumping capacity achieves up to 900 L/min open discharge with 16 m shut-off head (23 PSI).

- Front clean-out port allows fast physical inspection without uncoupling 3-inch plumbing.
- Protected by Aussie Pumps 3-year commercial GMP pump warranty coverage.

What intake and discharge port connections are fitted to the housing?
Both suction and discharge ports on the Aussie Pumps GMP Semi-Trash B2KQ-A/ST (GB2KQA/ST2.23PS2) feature standard female BSP threads designed for direct coupling to site hoses and pipework.
Can this unit self prime from lower collection sumps without manual assistance?
Internal fluid pathways on the GB2KQA/ST2.23PS2 evacuate air automatically once the chamber is charged, pulling fluid vertically from depths down to 6 m.
What peak liquid delivery and shut off head are developed through site discharge lines?
Hydraulic output for the GB2KQA-ST2.23PS2 delivers a maximum volume of approximately 450 L/min and achieves a maximum elevation head of approximately 19 m across its operating curve.
What power requirements and motor enclosure rating apply to this electric drive package?
Shaft propulsion for the GB2KQA ST2.23PS2 is supplied by a three-phase electric motor rated at 2.2 kW on 415 V line voltage, housed in an IP55 terminal casing.
How does the casing construction resist abrasive slurry wear across site operations?
On the B2KQ-A/ST (GB2KQA/ST2.23PS2), close-grained cast iron metallurgy paired with a sacrificial stainless steel wear plate protects internal surfaces against grit abrasion.
