Product Overview

Salvage barges and harbour dredge tenders step up to base-mounted muscle with this 4 kW three-phase bronze pump, holding station on its steel base plate while moving over a thousand litres a minute. Base-plate mounting kills vibration on steel decks. Base-mounted 4 kW performance is listed under GB3XR-A/B 4KW for salvage and harbour duty.

Open-discharge flow climbs to 1,300 L/min, shutting off at 28 m head (40 PSI). Heavy-duty cast nickel-aluminium bronze to Mil-Spec equivalent standard builds the casing and large open impeller for 19 mm solids, with carbon/alumina sealing, nitrile rubber and a 316 stainless casing.

Bolted to its steel base plate against torque reaction, the 4 kW three-phase 415 V IP55 motor takes panel wiring with no lead or plug supplied. Twin 3-inch ports prime from 6 m depths, and silt scoring lands on the unbolting suction cover.

Marine deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air-conditioning duties place this unit where working boats need one pump to cover routine water management as well as emergency clearing. It suits washdown plumbing, bilge service and salvage work across commercial and recreational vessels. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

Why is nickel aluminium bronze specified for marine washdown and vessel dewatering duties during prolonged sea transfer?

The bronze wet end of the Aussie Pumps Bronze Electric Transfer B3XR-A/B (GB3XR-A-B-4KW) suits marine environments.

How is site electricity connected to run this electric pump package to initiate shaft rotation?

Mechanical power on the GB3XR A B 4KW is delivered by an electric drive rated at 4 kW 415V 3-Phase, built for direct connection to site power.

How many litres per minute and vertical metres can this wet end deliver through connected piping?

Operating across its performance curve, the GB3XR-A/B 4KW discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 1300 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 28 m.

How deep can this self priming pump draw water from underground sumps without requiring an external foot valve?

Vertical suction capability on the GB3XR-A/B 4KW reaches up to 6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.

What maximum diameter debris particles travel through the internal waterways without choking during dirty liquid transfer?

Internal casing clearances on the B3XR-A/B (GB3XR-A/B 4KW) allow the open nickel-aluminium bronze impeller to digest spherical matter up to 19 mm without binding.
