Product Overview

Commercial dive tenders and offshore support vessels specify this 7.5 kW bronze pump where fire-main pressures meet debris-laden suction water, topping the 3-inch range at 1,500 litres a minute. Base-plate construction keeps alignment true under continuous duty. Top of the 3-inch range, GB3XR-A/B 7.5KW serves dive tenders and offshore support vessels.

Maximum flow reaches 1,500 L/min with shut-off at 30 m (43 PSI) of head. Heavy-duty Mil-Spec equivalent cast nickel-aluminium bronze houses the large open impeller for 24 mm solids, running a carbon/alumina mechanical seal with nitrile rubber inside a 316 stainless casing.

Continuous high-pressure running stays true on the steel base plate, where the 7.5 kW three-phase 415 V IP55 motor mounts for starter-panel connection without lead or plug. The 3-inch suction and discharge lift 6 m unaided, and the wear face renews in minutes via the replaceable cover.

Deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air conditioning are the rated applications for this configuration. It supports the everyday movement of water around boat decks and machinery spaces, while also covering bilge clearing and emergency salvage work when conditions demand it. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

Features

  • Continuous-duty 7.5 kW 415 V IP55 motor on a true-steel base stays aligned through sustained high-pressure running.

What incoming voltage and phase supply are required to operate this motor during fixed installation wiring?

Shaft propulsion for the Aussie Pumps Bronze Electric Transfer B3XR-A/B (GB3XR-A-B-7.5KW) is supplied by an electric motor rated at 7.5 kW 415V 3-Phase, protected by a weatherproof terminal enclosure.

What advantages does cast bronze construction provide for oyster leases and fish farming across marine operating environments?

Cast nickel-aluminium bronze metallurgy on the GB3XR A B 7.5KW resists aggressive saltwater corrosion across marine decks, bilges, and oyster leases.

How deep can this self priming pump draw water from underground sumps across unflooded suction setups?

Operating with built-in priming dynamics, the GB3XR-A/B 7.5KW draws water from vertical depths up to 6 m without external priming equipment.

What maximum diameter debris particles travel through the internal waterways without choking across demanding site dewatering duties?

Equipped with an open nickel-aluminium bronze semi-trash impeller geometry, the GB3XR-A/B 7.5KW clears solid matter up to 24 mm in diameter without jamming internal channels.

How many litres per minute and vertical metres can this wet end deliver across long transfer runs?

Rated performance on the B3XR-A/B (GB3XR-A/B 7.5KW) generates an open discharge of approximately 1500 L/min and achieves a total shut-off elevation of approximately 30 m.
