Product Overview
Pressurised hydraulic washdown and transfer, shutting off at 31 metres runs through this 3-inch bronze hydraulic pump, pairing corrosion-proof Nial bronze with high-head performance at 1,500 litres a minute. Head and salt tolerance together. Pressurised bronze washdown, shutting off at 31 metres is GB3XR-A/B HYD on 150-bar hydraulics.
Delivery holds 1,500 L/min open discharge, shutting off at 31 m head (44 PSI). The Nial bronze wet end with open non-clog impeller runs a carbon/alumina mechanical seal with nitrile rubber.
Head and salt tolerance arrive together on 21 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW), pushing up to 1,500 litres a minute, shutting off at 31 metres through corrosion-proof Nial bronze. The 80 mm suction and discharge prime from 6 m, with wear isolated to the replaceable suction port.
Marine pumping, mine dewatering, water transfer and fire-fighting supply make up the stated duty range. This lets the same hydraulic pump serve vessel water-management work, site dewatering, transfer between water points and fire-water readiness across marine, mining and remote-work locations.
Features
- Dual-purpose demand of 21 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) delivers head plus bronze corrosion resistance.
- Maximum flow of 1,500 L/min at 31 m shut-off (44 PSI) pairs pressure with salt tolerance.
- Salt-tolerant Nial bronze with an open non-clog impeller serves washdown and transfer together.
- Carbon and alumina seal with nitrile rubber holds pressure in corrosive service.
- Wear-isolating replaceable suction port with 6 m self-priming protects the bronze volute.
- Hydraulic drive connects the pump to a compatible carrier circuit without requiring a dedicated engine.
- Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

What diameter solids can travel across the volute waterways without obstructing flow across high volume transfer lines?
An open non-clog nickel-aluminium bronze impeller on the Aussie Pumps Bronze Hydraulic Transfer B3XR-A/B (GB3XR-A-B-HYD) passes spherical solids and debris without choking internal water passages.
How effectively can the wet end evacuate air from long intake hose runs when drafting from deep sumps?
The self-priming wet end on GB3XR A B HYD lifts liquid automatically from depths down to 6 m.
What corrosion resistance benefits does the nickel aluminium bronze volute deliver in demanding marine applications?
The nickel-aluminium bronze volute and impeller on the GB3XR-A/B HYD suit seawater transfer duty.
Which open discharge throughput and shut off elevation ceiling does this wet end develop across long transfer runs?
Operating across its performance curve, the GB3XR-A/B HYD discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 1500 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 31 m.
How does the hydraulic motor couple to excavator or water truck oil supplies during dust suppression operations?
The B3XR-A/B (GB3XR-A/B HYD) couples directly to a hydraulic motor drive, drawing fluid power from carrier vehicle auxiliary hydraulics without needing an auxiliary fuel engine.
