Product Overview

Quarry settlement sumps, abattoir runoff pits, and processing plants deploy the Aussie GMP B3XR-A/ST motor-driven unit for continuous slurry dewatering. A heavy channel-steel base plate anchors the pump and motor, maintaining coupling alignment.

Pumping hydraulics move substantial volumes up to 1,300 L/min open discharge at zero elevation, developing a 26 m (37 PSI) shut-off head at zero flow. The heavy cast iron casing encloses an open non-clog trash impeller passing suspended solids up to 19 mm cleanly.

Mechanical drive originates from a 4 kW three-phase 415 V TEFC electric motor rated to IP55 standards, supplied unwired without a lead for permanent control panel wiring. The self-priming chamber lifts dirty water from 6 m vertical depths without a foot valve.

Close-grained cast iron construction encloses a 316 stainless motor shaft, wear plate, and silicon carbide mechanical seal rated to 70°C liquid temperatures intermittently. A front clean-out hatch unbolts for swift de-silting without pipe disassembly. 3-year warranty.

How is the steel skid frame engineered to support equipment relocation?

A structural steel base plate supports the Aussie Pumps GMP Semi-Trash B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A/ST 4KW), provides rigid motor and pump alignment, equipped with lifting points for crane positioning across worksites.

How is electric motor drive configured for site power connections and terminal wiring?

Mechanical power for the GB3XR-A/ST 4KW is supplied by a three-phase electric drive producing 4 kW on 415 V, sealed inside an IP55 terminal enclosure.

What spherical particle diameter can the impeller accommodate during pumping?

The open non-clog impeller on the GB3XR-A-ST-4KW allows spherical debris and site gravel up to 19 mm across to move through the casing without clogging.

How does the internal priming reservoir evacuate air from dry suction hoses?

Internal liquid recirculation on the GB3XR A ST 4KW evacuates suction line air swiftly, establishing prime from vertical depths down to 6 m without a foot valve.

How many litres of liquid can this pump discharge per minute at maximum elevation head?

Hydraulic performance for the B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A/ST 4KW) produces a maximum flow rate of approximately 1300 L/min and achieves a maximum elevation head of approximately 28 m.
