Product Overview

Low-pressure high-flow hydraulic rings at 100 bar drive this 34-cc 3-inch trash pump hardest, converting 12.5 kW of hydraulic power into up to 1,500 litres a minute, shutting off at 31 metres. Maximum muscle for 100-bar circuits. Maximum 100-bar hydraulic muscle is GB3XR-A/ST HYD with a 34-cc high-power motor.

Open-discharge capacity peaks at 1,500 L/min, shutting off at 31 m head (44 PSI). Cast-iron construction with an open non-clog impeller moves full-bore flow through 80 mm waterways, self-priming from 6 m.

Low-pressure high-flow rings running 100 bar unlock the largest displacement here: 34 cm3/rev converts 12.5 kW of hydraulic power into up to 1,500 litres a minute, shutting off at 31 metres. The 56 kg frame absorbs the bigger motor's torque, with full-bore 80 mm flow priming from 6 m.

Mine dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire-fighting supply and mine dewatering are the listed duties for this hydraulic configuration. It fits mobile water-cart work, fixed dust-control lines, emergency fire-water provision and routine removal of accumulated water from active mine areas and sumps.

Features

  • Ring-maximising demand of 34 cm3/rev at 100 bar (12.5 kW) suits high-power low-pressure hydraulic rings.
  • Peak flow of 1,500 L/min, shutting off at 31 m (44 PSI) delivers maximum muscle for the circuit type.
  • Torque-absorbing cast-iron wet end with an open non-clog impeller handles the big displacement safely.
  • Full-bore 80 mm suction and discharge with 6 m self-priming move full flow without restriction.
  • Muscle-steady 56 kg mounting weight anchors the larger motor against reaction torque.
  • High-power-ring duties carry 3 year cover for suppression, filling, fire and dewatering.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

What auxiliary hydraulic oil flow and pressure are required to spin the wet end across mobile carrier equipment?

Auxiliary oil pressure from the host machinery circuit drives the hydraulic motor on the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A-ST-HYD), delivering consistent shaft torque for water transfer.

How quickly can site operators access the impeller to remove tangled obstructions without uncoupling suction plumbing?

A removable front inspection cover on the GB3XR A ST HYD unbolts swiftly to clear trapped debris directly from the impeller eye without uncoupling connected pipework.

How does the self priming casing pull liquid from low collection basins when drafting from deep sumps?

Automatic priming action on the GB3XR-A/ST HYD drafts liquid from vertical depths down to 6 m without needing a foot valve.

What spherical particle size is accommodated through the open passage impeller when pumping slurry runoff?

The open vane cast iron impeller on the GB3XR-A/ST HYD clears dirty site runoff and solid debris up to 35 mm in diameter without stalling the shaft.

What total liquid discharge rate and vertical pressure elevation are developed through connected piping?

At peak operational capacity, the wet end of the B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A/ST HYD) produces up to approximately 1500 L/min in open flow and reaches a maximum elevation head of approximately 31 m.
