Product Overview

Matching the 31-metre high-head performance with a 22-cc hydraulic package, this 3-inch trash pump variant tunes the motor displacement for carriers whose circuits favour slightly higher flow at 150 bar. Same 1,500 litres a minute, different hydraulic handshake. Alternate 22-cc hydraulic tuning is supplied as GB3XR-A/ST HYD22 for higher-flow carriers.

Delivery holds 1,500 L/min open discharge, shutting off at 31 m head (44 PSI). The cast-iron body and open non-clog impeller pass site water through 80 mm suction and discharge, priming from 6 m.

Carriers whose circuits favour slightly higher flow meet their match in the 22 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) motor sizing, holding the same 1,500 litres a minute for a different hydraulic handshake. Stable 56 kg fixed installation absorbs the drive, with 80 mm ports priming from 6 m.

For mine sites, the rated duty list includes dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire fighting and dewatering. That gives operators one hydraulic pump for haul-road water control, mobile cart supply, emergency fire-water support and clearing water from sumps and changing work areas.

Features

  • Handshake-tuned motor sizing of 22 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) suits carriers favouring flow over pressure.
  • Maximum flow of 1,500 L/min, shutting off at 31 m (44 PSI) matches the range standard for 3-inch head.
  • Matched cast-iron construction with an open non-clog impeller keeps parts common with sister units.
  • Below-pump 6 m self-priming through 80 mm ports fits fixed suction and discharge manifolds.
  • Vibration-free 56 kg fixed mounting absorbs the 22-cc motor displacement smoothly and quietly.
  • Hydraulic drive connects the pump to a compatible carrier circuit without requiring a dedicated engine.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

How does the self priming casing pull liquid from low collection basins across unflooded suction setups?

Built-in priming passages on the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A-ST-HYD22) draw fluid vertically from depths up to 6 m without requiring an external foot valve once the casing is filled.

What total liquid discharge rate and vertical pressure elevation are developed across open site lines?

Across open pipeline runs, the GB3XR A ST HYD22 pushes fluid at a maximum throughput of approximately 1500 L/min while attaining a shut-off head ceiling of approximately 31 m.

What spherical particle size is accommodated through the open passage impeller during dirty liquid transfer?

The open cast iron impeller on the GB3XR-A/ST HYD22 allows spherical solids up to 35 mm in diameter to pass freely without choking internal water passages.

How quickly can site operators access the impeller to remove tangled obstructions during routine blockage removal?

Internal waterways and the impeller of the GB3XR-A/ST HYD22 can be cleared rapidly through the front inspection hatch without disconnecting site hoses.

How does the hydraulic motor drive interface with mobile equipment oil supplies during dust suppression operations?

Hydraulic oil flow from the carrier machine powers the motor on the B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A/ST HYD22), providing self-contained pumping without on-board petrol or diesel engines.
