Product Overview
Abrasive sand, silt, and slurry are the focus of this cast-iron semi-trash pump configuration for dewatering work. Supplied in a frame-free base trim (NF), it is engineered for direct installation on service trucks.
Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 40 m (56 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 1,250 L/min at zero static head. The heavy cast iron casing houses a wear-resistant semi-trash open impeller configured for pass suspended solids up to 20 mm without clogging or binding during continuous site duty. Heavy cast iron construction absorbs mechanical vibration and operational stress.
Powered by a high-torque Honda GX390 (13 HP) petrol engine with electric start. Plumbing incorporates heavy 3" x 3" BSP male inlet and outlet ports, while internal self-priming wet end passages draw liquid from vertical suction depths up to 6 m without foot valves on suction lines. Commercial Honda engine drive provides Steady starting torque.
Built with heavy cast iron metallurgy to withstand high-impact slurry environments without casing fatigue. Technical assembly schematics, user maintenance documentation, and replacement component stockists are available nationwide through Aussie Pumps authorized distributor channels. Complete technical assembly schematics and spare parts are available nationwide through Aussie Pumps distribution networks.
