Product Overview
Fire-fighting tenders and dewatering spreads needing a 31-metre shut-off head from a hydraulic source run this 21-cc 3-inch trash pump, holding up to 1,500 litres a minute against elevations smaller hydraulics cannot reach. Pressure and volume together. High-bank hydraulic dewatering calls for GB3XR-A/STHY22VI with 21-cc 150-bar drive.
Open flow reaches 1,500 L/min with shut-off at 31 m (44 PSI). Cast-iron construction with an open non-clog impeller works through 80 mm ports, priming unaided from 6 m.
Elevations smaller hydraulics cannot reach fall to 21 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) of carrier supply, converted into up to 1,500 litres a minute, shutting off at 31 metres. The 56 kg unit mounts solid against high-pressure reaction loads, with 80 mm ports priming unaided from 6 m.
This hydraulic pump covers mine dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire fighting and mine dewatering. The application range suits mobile suppression and water-cart programs as well as fixed site headers, fire-water duties and the regular dewatering work required around pits, sumps and working faces.
Features
- Elevation-capable demand of 21 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) converts carrier power into 31-metre head.
- Smaller-unit-beating elevation reaches 1,500 L/min open flow, shutting off at 31 m (44 PSI).
- Reaction-proof cast-iron wet end with an open non-clog impeller absorbs high-pressure torque safely.
- High-bank 80 mm waterways with unaided 6 m self-priming suit tenders and high discharge points.
- Load-steady 56 kg anchored mounting holds alignment under full-pressure reaction forces constantly.
- Hydraulic drive connects the pump to a compatible carrier circuit without requiring a dedicated engine.
- Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

How quickly can site operators access the impeller to remove tangled obstructions without disconnecting connected piping?
Swift cleanout access on the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A-STHY22VI) is provided by a bolt-off front hatch, letting operators clear weed and debris without tools or pipe removal.
How does the hydraulic motor drive interface with mobile equipment oil supplies without requiring an auxiliary fuel engine?
Hydraulic oil flow from the carrier machine powers the motor on the GB3XR A STHY22VI, providing self-contained pumping without on-board petrol or diesel engines.
Which peak volumetric output and total static head are developed when discharging into storage tanks?
Discharge performance for the GB3XR-A/STHY22VI yields an open flow volume of approximately 1500 L/min and reaches a maximum shut-off elevation of approximately 31 m.
How does the self priming casing pull liquid from low collection basins without requiring an external foot valve?
Built-in priming passages on the GB3XR-A/STHY22VI draw fluid vertically from depths up to 6 m without requiring an external foot valve once the casing is filled.
How do the internal passages clear fibrous sludge and floating solids without blockages across high volume transfer lines?
Spherical debris up to 35 mm in size clears the non-clog cast iron impeller on the B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A/STHY22VI) without obstructing discharge flow.
