Product Overview
Deep dewatering with teeth: this 3-inch mud pump lifts 1,500 litres a minute of abrasive water, shutting off at 31 metres, pairing high-head hydraulics with a stainless impeller and tungsten-carbide seals. Elevation no longer excludes dirty water. Deep abrasive dewatering with teeth is GB3XR-A/STHYDDR, lifting dirty water 31 metres.
Open-discharge capacity holds 1,500 L/min, shutting off at 31 m head (44 PSI). Cast iron with a stainless-steel open non-clog impeller passes 35 mm solids, protected by tungsten-carbide mechanical seal faces and nitrile rubber.
High-head hydraulics reach 31 metres on 21 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) through the Vivoil XV-3U/21 motor, lifting dirty water where ordinary trash pumps stop. The 80 mm ports self-prime from 6 m, with rapid clearing available at the front-mounted clean-out port.
Use this pump on drilling rigs for sump dewatering, abrasive-water transfer and dust-suppression work. The application is centred on moving water around mobile drilling operations, from clearing accumulated water near the rig to supplying water where dust-control measures are needed.
Features
- Height-capable Vivoil XV-3U/21 at 21 cm3/rev and 150 bar (7 kW) lifts abrasive water to elevation.
- Dirt-tolerant pressure pairs 1,500 L/min open flow, shutting off at 31 m (44 PSI).
- Solids of 35 mm through stainless open hydraulics digest coarse drilling and pit debris.
- Tungsten-carbide sealing with nitrile rubber backup resists abrasive attack at high head.
- Rapid clearing at the front clean-out port with 6 m self-priming keeps deep pits pumping.
- At 56 kg, the package can be planned around appropriate lifting, skid or fixed-installation arrangements.
- Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

What vertical drafting capability does the internal priming chamber provide once the casing is charged?
Built-in priming passages on the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Mud B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A-STHYDDR) draw fluid vertically from depths up to 6 m without requiring an external foot valve once the casing is filled.
What discharge output volume and total static head are achieved across open site lines?
Across open pipeline runs, the GB3XR A STHYDDR pushes fluid at a maximum throughput of approximately 1500 L/min while attaining a shut-off head ceiling of approximately 31 m.
How does wide-passage impeller geometry keep sediment and debris from accumulating in everyday paddock dewatering?
Internal casing clearances on the GB3XR-A/STHYDDR allow the open AISI 316 stainless steel impeller to digest spherical matter up to 35 mm without binding.
How does the removable front hatch reduce downtime during blockage clearing without disconnecting connected piping?
Internal waterways and the impeller of the GB3XR-A/STHYDDR can be cleared rapidly through the front inspection hatch without disconnecting site hoses.
How is fluid power supplied to the hydraulic drive motor on mobile equipment during dust suppression operations?
Hydraulic oil flow from the carrier machine powers the motor on the B3XR-A/ST (GB3XR-A/STHYDDR), providing self-contained pumping without on-board petrol or diesel engines.
