Top of the 3-inch flameproof range, this 7.5 kW pump is rated 1,500 litres a minute with a 31-metre shut-off head for long classified-area transfer runs, pushing diesel the distance without booster stations. One pump covers the whole tank farm. Whole-farm classified coverage from one pump is GB3XR-AATEX7.5KW, topping the 3-inch range.
Maximum flow reaches 1,500 L/min, shutting off at 31 m head (44 PSI) on fresh-water viscosity liquids. Heavy-duty cast construction with a renewable suction cover houses a big open impeller for 24 mm solids, sealed Viton/carbon/alumina as standard.
Eliminating booster stations along classified transfer runs, the 7.5 kW three-phase 415 V flameproof motor carries ATEX certification in an IP55 frame on a steel base. The 3-inch suction and discharge lift 6 m on prime for whole-farm coverage from one pump.
The application set covers diesel and fuel-oil transfer in hazardous environments, with machinery, marine diesel, earth movers, mining plant and generator refuelling all included. It is also listed for heating-oil transfer and waste-oil collection at fixed facilities or mobile maintenance locations.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
