Product Overview

Ballast eductors and deck deluge branches run off this 15 kW closed-impeller bronze pump, winding a 65-metre shut-off head out of a compact 3-inch frame. High-head ZPM hydraulics rewrite what a small pump can lift. Eductor and deluge service specifies GB3ZPM-A/B 15KW for 65-metre bronze hydraulics.

Delivery reaches 1,200 L/min open flow, shutting off at 65 m head (92 PSI). Heavy-duty Mil-Spec equivalent cast nickel-aluminium bronze forms the casing and large open impeller for 13 mm solids, with carbon/alumina sealing, nitrile rubber and a 316 stainless casing.

Fixed wiring without lead or plug connects the IP55 15 kW electric-drive motor on its steel base plate, sized for eductor and deluge service. The 3-inch ports self-prime from 6 m, and the wearing surface renews through the replaceable suction cover.

Deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air conditioning are the rated applications for this configuration. It supports the everyday movement of water around boat decks and machinery spaces, while also covering bilge clearing and emergency salvage work when conditions demand it. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

Features

  • Eductor-rated IP55 15 kW electric drive on a steel base plate is sized for deluge-branch service.
  • Open flow of 1,200 L/min, shutting off at 65 m (92 PSI) rewrites what a small pump can lift.
  • High-head ZPM bronze hydraulics to Mil-Spec equivalent standard deliver pressure far beyond frame size.
  • Solids handling of 13 mm for supply water keeps eductor nozzles and branches clear.
  • From-depth self-priming of 6 m with a renewable wearing surface suits fixed high-head stations.
  • Chemical transfer is opened via Viton seal sets for dual-service eductor installations.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie GMP warranty from installation.
