Product Overview

The bronze range tops out here: a 22 kW high-head pump towering, shutting off at 76 metres of head while clearing 19 mm solids, built for the heaviest marine transfer stations afloat. When the specification calls for maximum everything, this is the line. Maximum-everything bronze specification is GB3ZPM-A/B 22KW, topping the range, shutting off at 76 metres.

Peak flow holds 1,200 L/min open discharge, shutting off at 76 m head (108 PSI). Heavy-duty Mil-Spec equivalent cast nickel-aluminium bronze builds casing and large open impeller for 19 mm solids, running a carbon/alumina seal with nitrile rubber inside a 316 stainless casing.

Starter-panel wiring is the only connection the lead-free 22 kW electric-drive IP55 motor needs on its steel base plate. The 3-inch suction and discharge lift 6 m unaided, and the wear face renews in minutes through the replaceable suction cover.

This pump is intended for marine deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air-conditioning circulation. Those duties cover regular deck cleaning, bilge clearing and onboard water movement, making it a practical fit for workboats, tenders, fishing vessels and marina service installations. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

Features

  • Single-connection 22 kW IP55 electric drive, steel-base mounted, needs only starter-panel wiring to run.
  • Open flow of 1,200 L/min, shutting off at 76 m head (108 PSI) leads the bronze range outright.
  • Flagship high-head bronze hydraulics to Mil-Spec equivalent standard serve the heaviest transfer stations.
  • Solids handling of 19 mm covers the heaviest suction water a marine station will see.
  • Minutes-fast wear renewal with unaided 6 m self-priming lift keeps the flagship earning.
  • List-extending Viton seals add AdBlue and corrosive transfer to the flagship brief.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie GMP warranty from installation.

Can this semi trash pump pass slurry debris and spherical particles freely across demanding site dewatering duties?

An open non-clog nickel-aluminium bronze impeller on the Aussie Pumps Bronze Electric High Pressure Trash B3ZPM-A/B (GB3ZPM-A-B-22KW) passes spherical solids and debris up to 19 mm in diameter without choking internal water passages.

How do the internal recirculation channels achieve rapid priming from deep excavations during everyday operations?

The self-priming wet end on GB3ZPM A B 22KW lifts liquid automatically from depths down to 6 m.

Why is cast bronze chosen over iron for workboat deck washdown and bilge pump out in demanding marine applications?

Seawater corrosion resistance on the GB3ZPM-A/B 22KW is achieved through cast nickel-aluminium bronze construction across the volute and impeller.

Which total liquid output and vertical elevation pressure does this unit achieve when discharging into storage tanks?

Operating across its performance curve, the GB3ZPM-A/B 22KW discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 1200 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 76 m.

Which line voltage and motor power rating operate this electric pump to initiate shaft rotation?

Mechanical power on the B3ZPM-A/B (GB3ZPM-A/B 22KW) is delivered by an electric drive rated at 22 kW 415V 3-Phase, built for direct connection to site power.
