Product Overview

Extended rising mains and multi-level transfer duties sit comfortably inside this 18.5 kW bronze pump's 70-metre envelope, holding up to 1,200 litres a minute against shut-off heads that stop lesser pumps cold. Three-phase 415 V supply unlocks the full curve. Extended rising-main duty is covered by GB3ZPM-A/B18KW on three-phase 415 V supply.

Open-discharge capacity holds 1,200 L/min with shut-off at 70 m (100 PSI). The Mil-Spec equivalent heavy-duty cast nickel-aluminium bronze wet end mounts a large open impeller clearing 14 mm solids, sealed carbon-to-alumina with nitrile rubber in a 316 stainless casing.

Three-phase 415 V supply unlocks the full curve of the 18.5 kW IP55 motor, base-mounted on steel and wired through fixed connections with no lead or plug. Twin 3-inch waterways prime from 6 m depths, with the bolt-off suction cover taking wear instead of the casing.

Marine deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air-conditioning duties place this unit where working boats need one pump to cover routine water management as well as emergency clearing. It suits washdown plumbing, bilge service and salvage work across commercial and recreational vessels. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

Features

  • Full-curve 18.5 kW 415 V IP55 motor on a steel base plate, fixed-wired, unlocks the complete performance curve.
  • Maximum flow of 1,200 L/min, shutting off at 70 m (100 PSI) stops lesser pumps cold on the same main.
  • Mil-Spec equivalent high-head bronze casing with an open impeller sustains continuous elevation duty.
  • Solids passage of 14 mm for raw suction water protects long-main reliability.
  • Casing-saving bolt-off cover with 6 m self-priming keeps wear costs to a single part.
  • Same-sheet chemical duty follows once fitted Viton elastomers are specified for rising mains.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie GMP warranty from installation.

Which line voltage and motor power rating operate this electric pump without requiring phase converters?

Shaft propulsion for the Aussie Pumps Bronze Electric High Pressure Trash B3ZPM-A/B (GB3ZPM-A-B18KW) is supplied by an electric motor rated at 18.5 kW 415V 3-Phase, protected by a weatherproof terminal enclosure.

Why is cast bronze chosen over iron for workboat deck washdown and bilge pump out during prolonged sea transfer?

Cast nickel-aluminium bronze metallurgy on the GB3ZPM A B18KW resists aggressive saltwater corrosion across marine decks, bilges, and oyster leases.

What vertical suction capability is available when drawing water from pits across routine site transfer duties?

Operating with built-in priming dynamics, the GB3ZPM-A/B18KW draws water from vertical depths up to 6 m without external priming equipment.

Can this semi trash pump pass slurry debris and spherical particles freely during dirty liquid transfer?

An open non-clog nickel-aluminium bronze impeller on the GB3ZPM-A/B18KW passes spherical solids and debris up to 14 mm in diameter without choking internal water passages.

Which total liquid output and vertical elevation pressure does this unit achieve across long transfer runs?

Rated performance on the B3ZPM-A/B (GB3ZPM-A/B18KW) generates an open discharge of approximately 1200 L/min and achieves a total shut-off elevation of approximately 70 m.
