Product Overview
Extensive open-pit drainage, high-head tailings discharge, and processing lines deploy the Aussie GMP B3ZPM-A/ST motor-driven unit . A heavy channel-steel base plate delivers steady foundation anchoring under continuous high-pressure duty cycles.
Elevation capability builds to an capable 70 m (100 PSI) maximum shut-off head at zero flow, while delivering an open-discharge flow up to 1,250 L/min at zero head. Close-grained cast iron encloses an open semi-trash impeller that passes solids up to 14 mm cleanly.
Cast continuous drive is powered by an 18.5 kW three-phase 415 V TEFC motor with IP55 washdown protection, supplied unwired for hardwired switchboard connection. The self-priming chamber draws liquid from vertical suction depths of 6 m without foot valves.
Hardwearing wear protection and replaceable 3-inch suction porting protect the casing during long shifts with grit-laden water. Standard NBR elastomers safely accommodate fluid temperatures up to 70°C intermittently. Backed by Aussie Pumps 3-year commercial warranty.
Features- Braced 70 m maximum shut-off head (100 PSI) tailored for deep pits and high-elevation transfer.
- Holds high fluid throughput moving up to 1,250 L/min open discharge.
- Handles suspended solids and grit up to 14 mm in slurry and dirty water lines.
- High-torque 18.5 kW three-phase 415 V TEFC motor configured for continuous industrial duty.
- Structural channel-steel base plate dampens vibration and retains mechanical alignment.
- Silicon carbide mechanical seal faces with alumina counterface resist slurry erosion.
- Backed by an Aussie Pumps 3-year GMP pump warranty.

Can slurry particulates and mud solids pass through the pump without binding?
Open vane geometry on the Aussie Pumps GMP High Head Semi-Trash B3ZPM-A/ST (GB3ZPM-A/ST18.5KW) clears abrasive pit runoff and suspended mineral particles up to 14 mm in diameter without choking internal channels.
What volume throughput and total dynamic head are developed across the plumbing circuit?
Peak fluid throughput for the GB3ZPM-A/ST18.5KW reaches up to approximately 1250 L/min while generating a maximum vertical elevation head of approximately 70 m.
Which power rating and terminal enclosure protect the electric motor?
Shaft propulsion for the GB3ZPM-A-ST18.5KW is delivered by a high-output three-phase electric motor producing 18.5 kW on 415 V with an IP55 enclosure.
What metallurgy and wear components guard the high head casing from abrasive mine grit?
On the GB3ZPM A ST18.5KW, close-grained cast iron forms the casing, fitted with a sacrificial AISI 316 stainless steel wear plate to withstand heavy grit erosion.
What foundation bolting provisions secure this heavy high head pump against movement?
A heavy channel steel base plate anchors the B3ZPM-A/ST (GB3ZPM-A/ST18.5KW), anchors the 247 kg assembly, dampening motor resonance and maintaining rigid shaft alignment.
