Big water moves fast when heads stay low. Volume-first 4-inch pumping is ordered as GB4KQ-A/B 4KW for holds, docks and flood response.
Open flow peaks at 1,650 L/min, shutting off at 15 m head (21 PSI). The Mil-Spec equivalent cast nickel-aluminium bronze casing and large open impeller pass solids to 35 mm, sealed by carbon on alumina with nitrile rubber in a 316 stainless casing.
Fixed wiring meets the 4 kW three-phase 415 V IP55 motor on its steel base plate, with no lead or plug in the box for permanent installation. Full-bore 4-inch waterways self-prime from 6 m, making silt wear a consumable repair on the replaceable cover.
Marine deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air-conditioning duties place this unit where working boats need one pump to cover routine water management as well as emergency clearing. It suits washdown plumbing, bilge service and salvage work across commercial and recreational vessels. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.

- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
