Product Overview

Volume-first hydraulic dewatering moves up to 1,600 litres a minute through this 4-inch 22-cc trash pump, emptying sumps and filling carts at unmatched litres-per-pass. Big pipe, big water, modest 14-metre head. Volume-first 4-inch hydraulic transfer is GB4KQ-A/ST HYD22 for sumps and carts.

Open-discharge flow peaks at 1,600 L/min with shut-off at 14 m (20 PSI). Cast-iron construction with an open non-clog impeller works full-bore 100 mm suction and discharge, self-priming from 6 m.

Unmatched litres-per-pass come from 22 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW), emptying sumps and filling carts at 1,600 litres a minute through full-bore 100 mm ports. The 64 kg unit sits steady under full-flow reaction, priming its big waterways from 6 m.

This hydraulic pump covers mine dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire fighting and mine dewatering. The application range suits mobile suppression and water-cart programs as well as fixed site headers, fire-water duties and the regular dewatering work required around pits, sumps and working faces.

Features

  • Pass-maximising demand of 22 cm3/rev at 150 bar (7 kW) empties sumps at unmatched litres-per-pass.
  • Open flow of 1,600 L/min, shutting off at 14 m (20 PSI) favours volume where heads stay low.
  • Sump-emptying full-bore 100 mm ports in cast iron move big water without bottlenecks.
  • Full-flow open non-clog impeller with 6 m self-priming handles sump debris continuously.
  • Reaction-steady 64 kg stable mounting holds the pump true under full-flow forces.
  • Hydraulic drive connects the pump to a compatible carrier circuit without requiring a dedicated engine.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

Is manual suction line priming necessary when drawing fluid from underground tanks once the casing is charged?

Vertical suction capability on the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B4KQ-A/ST (GB4KQ-A-ST-HYD22) reaches up to 6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.

How many litres of liquid per minute and vertical metres of head are rated across open site lines?

Under full operating throttle, the GB4KQ A ST HYD22 generates a maximum fluid displacement rate of approximately 1600 L/min and reaches a maximum shut-off head of approximately 14 m.

What spherical particle size is accommodated through the open passage impeller across high volume transfer lines?

Spherical debris up to 37 mm in size clears the non-clog cast iron impeller on the GB4KQ-A/ST HYD22 without obstructing discharge flow.

How quickly can site operators access the impeller to remove tangled obstructions to restore full discharge throughput?

Internal waterways and the impeller of the GB4KQ-A/ST HYD22 can be cleared rapidly through the front inspection hatch without disconnecting site hoses.

How does the carrier vehicle hydraulic circuit deliver mechanical drive torque during dust suppression operations?

The B4KQ-A/ST (GB4KQ-A/ST HYD22) couples directly to a hydraulic motor drive, drawing fluid power from carrier vehicle auxiliary hydraulics without needing an auxiliary fuel engine.
