Product Overview
Flagship dewatering for graving docks and offshore ballast systems rides on this 15 kW bronze pump, pairing the range's biggest solids appetite at 39 mm with 2,250 litres a minute. Nothing smaller clears a fouled dock sump faster. Flagship dock dewatering is specified as GB4XR-A/B 15KW3P for graving docks and ballast stations.
Open-discharge capacity holds 2,250 L/min, shutting off at 31 m head (44 PSI). The Mil-Spec equivalent heavy-duty cast nickel-aluminium bronze wet end mounts a large open impeller for 39 mm solids, sealed carbon-to-alumina with nitrile rubber in a 316 stainless casing.
Starter-panel wiring is the only site work needed: the 15 kW three-phase 415 V IP55 motor arrives lead-free on its steel base plate. The 4-inch ports self-prime from 6 m depths, isolating wear to a single bolt-off suction cover.
Deck washdown, bilge pump-out, salvage pumping and marine air conditioning are the rated applications for this configuration. It supports the everyday movement of water around boat decks and machinery spaces, while also covering bilge clearing and emergency salvage work when conditions demand it. Where Viton seals are specified, AdBlue and chemical transfer are also within the listed application range.

What advantages does cast bronze construction provide for oyster leases and fish farming across coastal workboat duties?
The bronze wet end of the Aussie Pumps Bronze Electric Transfer B4XR-A/B (GB4XR-A-B-15KW3P) suits marine environments.
What incoming voltage and phase supply are required to operate this motor across local power connections?
Incoming electrical supply operates the GB4XR A B 15KW3P through an electric motor delivering 15 kW 415V 3-Phase.
What maximum fluid displacement rate and shut off ceiling are developed through connected piping?
Discharge performance for the GB4XR-A/B 15KW3P yields an open flow volume of approximately 2250 L/min and reaches a maximum shut-off elevation of approximately 31 m.
Does the suction line require a foot valve to draft liquid from below ground once the casing is charged?
Built-in priming passages on the GB4XR-A/B 15KW3P draw fluid vertically from depths up to 6 m without requiring an external foot valve once the casing is filled.
What maximum diameter debris particles travel through the internal waterways without choking across high volume transfer lines?
Debris-laden wastewater containing solids up to 39 mm across passes freely through the open nickel-aluminium bronze impeller fitted to the B4XR-A/B (GB4XR-A/B 15KW3P).
