Product Overview

Flagship hydraulic transfer in corrosive service moves up to 2,200 litres a minute through this 4-inch bronze pump, holding a 30-metre shut-off head, on 12.5 kW of hydraulics. The biggest bronze hydraulic in the range. Flagship corrosive transfer in bronze is GB4XR-A/B HYD, biggest of the bronze hydraulics.

Peak flow touches 2,200 L/min, shutting off at 30 m head (43 PSI). Nial bronze construction with an open non-clog impeller resists seawater and mine water, sealed by carbon/alumina with nitrile rubber.

Twelve and a half kilowatts of carrier hydraulics feed the largest bronze frame: 34 cm3/rev at 100 bar becomes up to 2,200 litres a minute, shutting off at 30 metres. The 100 mm waterways self-prime from 6 m, and wear damage renews at the replaceable suction port.

The listed applications cover marine pumping, mine dewatering, general water transfer and fire fighting. It is suited to moving water aboard vessels, clearing mine water, transferring supply between tanks or locations and maintaining a practical fire-water pumping option on remote worksites.

Features

  • Frame-max demand of 34 cm3/rev at 100 bar (12.5 kW) powers the largest bronze hydraulic frame.
  • Scale corrosive transfer peaks at 2,200 L/min, shutting off at 30 m (43 PSI).
  • Largest-in-range 4-inch Nial bronze wet end gives maximum corrosion-proof flow area available.
  • Open non-clog impeller for corrosive volume passes mine and seawater solids reliably.
  • Damage-renewing replaceable suction port with 6 m self-priming keeps the flagship earning.
  • At 65 kg, the package can be planned around appropriate lifting, skid or fixed-installation arrangements.
  • Covered by the 3 year Aussie Pumps pump warranty.

Which open discharge throughput and shut off elevation ceiling does this wet end develop when discharging into storage tanks?

Operating across its performance curve, the Aussie Pumps Bronze Hydraulic Transfer B4XR-A/B (GB4XR-A-B-HYD) discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 2200 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 30 m.

Can the wet end clear slurry solids and small stones without choking internal channels during dirty liquid transfer?

Debris-laden wastewater passes freely through the open nickel-aluminium bronze impeller fitted to the GB4XR A B HYD.

What auxiliary oil specifications are required to operate the hydraulic drive across mobile carrier equipment?

Shaft rotation on the GB4XR-A/B HYD is driven by a heavy hydraulic motor built to interface directly with mobile machinery hydraulic systems.

How effectively can the wet end evacuate air from long intake hose runs across routine site transfer duties?

Vertical suction capability on the GB4XR-A/B HYD reaches up to 6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.

How does the bronze impeller withstand cavitation erosion when drafting ocean water across marine operating environments?

Seawater corrosion resistance on the B4XR-A/B (GB4XR-A/B HYD) is achieved through cast nickel-aluminium bronze construction across the volute and impeller.
