Product Overview
Heavy quarry sumps, mining pits, and industrial wastewater plants rely on the Aussie GMP B4XR-A/ST motor-driven unit for solids-laden slurry movement. Its braced steel base frame absorbs hydraulic thrust, maintaining flawless motor shaft alignment.
High-volume delivery moves up to 2,200 L/min under open-flow conditions, while maximum shut-off head reaches 30 m (43 PSI) at zero flow. The cast iron wet end encloses a cast open non-clog impeller that transfers suspended particulate and grit up to 35 mm cleanly.
High-torque drive power originates from an 11 kW three-phase 415 V TEFC motor with IP55 ingress protection, supplied unwired without a lead or plug for control panel hardwiring. Rapid self-priming pulls liquid from 6 m vertical depths without requiring a foot valve.
A replaceable stainless steel wear plate and 316 stainless shaft safeguard the cast iron volute against slurry erosion up to 70°C intermittently. Front clean-out doors streamline de-clogging without pipe removal. Supported by Aussie Pumps nationwide 3-year warranty.
Features- Industrial 11 kW three-phase 415 V TEFC motor with IP55 protection for severe plant duties.
- Generous 35 mm solids clearance processes heavy grit and compressible industrial waste.
- Pumping throughput delivers up to 2,200 L/min open discharge with 30 m shut-off head (43 PSI).
- Self-primes reliably from vertical suction lifts up to 6 m without external priming aids.
- Structural channel-steel base plate holds mechanical structurality under continuous service.
- Front-mounted clean-out hatch enables rapid volute inspection without unbolting pipe runs.
- Backed by an Aussie Pumps 3-year GMP pump warranty.

What line voltage and phase connection operate this electric drive motor?
Mechanical power for the Aussie Pumps GMP Semi-Trash B4XR-A/ST (GB4XR-A/ST 11KW) is supplied by an electric motor rated at 11 kW, operating on three-phase 415 V power within an IP55 frame.
How much water throughput and total elevation head does this electric pump deliver?
The hydraulic wet end of the GB4XR-A/ST 11KW produces a maximum fluid displacement of approximately 2200 L/min and reaches an elevation head of approximately 30 m.
Can stringy matter and suspended solid particles pass freely through the wet end?
For the GB4XR-A-ST-11KW, an open ductile iron impeller clears fibrous solids, slurry, and spherical debris up to 35 mm in diameter without choking.
How does the structural base mounting support vibration damping during pumping?
A heavy channel steel base plate anchors the GB4XR A ST 11KW, anchors the 217 kg assembly, maintaining precise shaft alignment during prolonged site operation.
How are debris obstructions and tangled solids cleared from the pump casing?
A large front cleanout cover on the B4XR-A/ST (GB4XR-A/ST 11KW) allows direct access to the impeller chamber for clearing tangled solids without uncoupling four-inch lines.
