Product Overview
The biggest hydraulic trash pump in the range shifts up to 2,200 litres a minute through 4-inch ports; shut-off head is 30 metres off a 12.5 kW hydraulic supply. Nothing mobile moves more water. Most mobile water in the range is GB4XR-A/ST HYD, the 4-inch hydraulic flagship.
Peak flow reaches 2,200 L/min open discharge, shutting off at 30 m head (43 PSI). Cast-iron construction with an open non-clog impeller works full-bore 100 mm suction and discharge, self-priming from 6 m.
Nothing mobile moves more water: 34 cm3/rev at 100 bar (12.5 kW) drives station-scale 2,200 litres a minute with a 30-metre shut-off head, for the range flagship. Continuous heavy duty mounts at 65 kg, with full-bore 100 mm suction and discharge self-priming from 6 m.
Mine dust suppression, water-cart filling, fire-fighting supply and mine dewatering are the listed duties for this hydraulic configuration. It fits mobile water-cart work, fixed dust-control lines, emergency fire-water provision and routine removal of accumulated water from active mine areas and sumps.

How does wide-passage impeller geometry keep sediment and debris from accumulating when pumping slurry runoff?
Equipped with an open cast iron semi-trash impeller geometry, the Aussie Pumps Hydraulic Semi-Trash B4XR-A/ST (GB4XR-A-ST-HYD) clears solid matter up to 39 mm in diameter without jamming internal channels.
Is manual suction line priming necessary when drawing fluid from underground tanks across routine site transfer duties?
The self-priming wet end on GB4XR A ST HYD lifts liquid automatically from depths down to 6 m.
What design feature allows swift cleanout access without uncoupling connected pipework during routine blockage removal?
Internal waterways and the impeller of the GB4XR-A/ST HYD can be cleared rapidly through the front inspection hatch without disconnecting site hoses.
How many litres of liquid per minute and vertical metres of head are rated under full operating speed?
Operating across its performance curve, the GB4XR-A/ST HYD discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 2200 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 30 m.
What hydraulic motor parameters govern connection to mobile machinery takeoffs without requiring an auxiliary fuel engine?
The B4XR-A/ST (GB4XR-A/ST HYD) couples directly to a hydraulic motor drive, drawing fluid power from carrier vehicle auxiliary hydraulics without needing an auxiliary fuel engine.
