Product Overview

Continuous dewatering and demanding solids handling are central to this heavy diesel configuration, which processes solids-contaminated wastewater at high-volume flows. Steel skid mounting with a central lifting bar allows crane site movement on industrial jobs. Built for proven fluid handling across demanding agricultural, civil, and commercial operations.

Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 46 m (65 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 6,000 L/min at zero static head. The wear-resistant volute and open impeller pass large solids up to 76 mm (3"). Dry weight: 960 kg in skid configuration. Precision hydraulic architecture increases fluid delivery.

Includes 6" x 6" ports, oil-lubricated tungsten/titanium carbide seals, adjustable 90° discharge elbow, LOFA shock-mounted control panel in a water-resistant housing (with hour meter, ammeter, tachometer, auto-shutdowns), and a 152 L fuel tank (~11 hr runtime). Self-primes to 7.6 m. Internal self-priming passages pick up prime rapidly.

Designed with an easy-access front clean-out port for rapid inspection and clearing of blockages without removing hoses. Technical assembly schematics, user guides, and genuine replacement parts are available through Aussie Pumps industrial distributor channels across Australia. Removable clean-out cover allows rapid inspection and debris clearance on site.
