Product Overview
Agricultural drainage trusts and civil infrastructure contractors commission the Aussie Quik Prime (QP602/L100E) six-inch diesel gusher pump for bulk water movement, flood relief, and dewatering extensive civil swales. Wide hydraulic plumbing allows vast volumes of water to pass through the casing with minimal restriction. Electric key start ignition provides swift activation during emergency flood relief situations.
Bulk fluid delivery achieves a maximum delivery rate of 2500 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of 18 m. Internal hydraulic architecture features a marine grade aluminium casing, an open vane cast iron transfer impeller, and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal with nitrile elastomers. Total equipment mass measures 160 kg in dry operating trim.
Mechanical drive is provided by a Yanmar L100 10HP electric start diesel engine (battery supplied separately) producing 10 HP. Plumbing connections incorporate 6" BSP male inlet & 6" BSP male outlet, and the self-priming wet end achieves 7.4 m vertical suction lift. Rapid self-priming internal dynamics pick up fluid swiftly without requiring manual foot valves on suction lines.
Structural fully welded steel roll frame with battery mounting tray encloses the equipment while isolating mechanical vibration and simplifying site movement. The structural mount provides balance during transport across field vehicles, trailers, and utility trays. Complete spare parts support and factory technical documentation are accessible through Aussie Pumps distribution networks across Australia.
