Solids-contaminated wastewater can be handled at high-volume flows with this heavy diesel trash-pump setup for severe dewatering, tailings dam pump-out, and flood mitigation. Steel skid mounting with a central lifting bar allows crane site movement. Built for proven fluid handling across demanding civil, mining, and municipal duties.
Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 35 m (47 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 4,200 L/min at zero static head. Kubota D1105 24.8 HP water-cooled three-cylinder diesel engine powers the unit at 3,000 RPM, producing a maximum pressure head of 35 m (47 PSI). The wear-resistant casing features an open multi-vane impeller configured for pass spherical solids up to 40 mm (1.5"). Boxed weight: 680 kg. Precision hydraulic architecture increases fluid delivery.
Plumbing includes 6" x 6" flanged ports and oil-lubricated tungsten/carbide mechanical seals. Safety controls feature an emergency stop button and automatic shutdown sensors for oil pressure and coolant temp. An integrated 60 L fuel tank provides ~10 hours runtime at 2,700 RPM. Internal self-priming passages pick up prime rapidly without requiring an external foot valve.
A front removable clean-out door enables rapid inspection and clearing of debris without disconnecting 6-inch suction lines. All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
