Product Overview

High-volume transfer through a frame-free base configuration is the defining setup here, with a factory-fitted engine stop/start solenoid. Its compact structure simplifies installation on mobile service trucks and stationary pumping skids where frames are absent.

Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 30 m (43 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 1,050 L/min at zero static head. Built with a marine-grade aluminium casing and volute, the wet end houses an open cast-iron impeller and carbon ceramic mechanical seal with nitrile elastomers. Mass: 45 kg. High-tensile body metallurgy resists outdoor weathering.

Powered by an electric-start Yanmar L48 (4.8 HP) diesel engine with stop/start solenoid (battery kit not included). Plumbing connections feature full 3" x 3" BSP male ports, while the self-priming internal wet end draws water from vertical suction depths up to 7.6 m. High-torque Yanmar diesel engine drive delivers strong fuel economy.

Built with replaceable flanged suction ports and polycarbonate priming/drain plugs for straightforward field servicing. Supported by complete technical assembly documentation, product schematics, and replacement component stockists through Aussie Pumps authorized distribution networks. Polycarbonate priming plugs and zinc-plated casing bolts simplify routine on-site servicing.
