Product Overview
NATO codification identifies this marine trash-pump configuration for defense forces, naval salvage crews, and commercial marine operators. Engineered for proven service in severe coastal and maritime.
Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 24 m (34 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 1,200 L/min at zero static head. The epoxy-coated aluminium casing houses a bronze open trash impeller, bronze volute, ceramic/carbon mechanical seal, and sacrificial zinc anode protection. Equipment mass: 110 kg. High-tensile body metallurgy resists outdoor weathering and harsh operating environments.
Driven by an electric-start Yanmar L100 (10 HP) diesel engine (battery supplied separately). Plumbing connections feature 3" x 3" BSP male ports with stainless steel external fasteners, Geomet-treated couplings, and self-priming internal hydraulics drawing from suction depths up to 7.5 m. High-torque Yanmar diesel engine drive delivers strong starting reliability and fuel efficiency on site.
Built with replaceable flanged suction ports and stainless steel hardware for maritime durability in marine salvage operations. Complete technical assembly diagrams and replacement parts stockists support ongoing service through distributor networks across regional defense channels. Polycarbonate priming plugs and zinc-plated casing bolts simplify routine on-site servicing.
